Specifically, the Court 4 granted summary judgment in Defendants’ favor, and against Plaintiffs Lois Manigo, 5 Shana Gilmore, Warren Nichols, Orlando Gutierrez, Philip Martinez and Patricia 6 Valladares-Gallegos (collectively “Plaintiffs”), as to all claims at issue in this case. 7 8 9 Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT Judgment in the above-captioned matter is hereby entered in favor of Defendants and against 10 Plaintiffs, Plaintiffs shall take nothing by way of their Complaint, and this action is 11 dismissed with prejudice. 12 13 14 15 Dated: October 24, 2017 _______________________________ HON.
