In light of the parties' notice of settlement (ECF No. 54 ), this action is ordered closed administratively and removed from the Cou rt's active caseload until further application by the parties or separate court order. The parties shall file a proper stipulation for dismissal or a joint report detailing settlement status within 30 days of the notice of settlement and every 3 0 days thereafter until a stipulation for dismissal is filed. This Court retains full jurisdiction over this action and this Order shall not prejudice any party to this action. All dates and deadlines int his action are hereby VACATED. IT IS SO ORDERED.
