On October 9, 2017, Defendant Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. (“SPS”) filed a

2 Motion for Summary Judgment. On October 19, 2017, Plaintiffs Gagik Bakhtamyan
3 and Tony Adjian (“Plaintiffs”) filed their Opposition. On October 23, 2017, SPS filed
4 a Reply.

On November 2, 2017, the Court GRANTED SPS’s Motion for Summary

6 Judgment. Pursuant to Rule 78 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Local
7 Rule 7-15, the Court found this matter appropriate for decision without oral argument.

Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT

9 Plaintiffs GAGIK BAKHTAMYAN and TONY ADJIAN take nothing from
