None of the remaining defendants have yet appeared herein. Plain tiff and the remaining defendants are California citizens and all the claims alleged against the remaining defendants are state law claims. As such, because of the dismissal of Defendant BCBSMA, this Court no longer has subject matter over this case. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that this action be, and is hereby, remanded to the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, Case Number EC066134. ( Case Terminated.
