IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendant Wells

3 Fargo Bank, N.A. dba America’s Servicing Company (“Wells Fargo”) shall have a
4 judgment of dismissal entered in its favor and against Plaintiff. Plaintiff’s entire
5 action is dismissed with prejudice as to Wells Fargo. Plaintiff shall take nothing
6 against Wells Fargo.
