(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER REMANDING CIVIL ACTION TOSUPERIOR COURT by Judge R. Gary Klausner. On June 30, 2017, Defendant removed Greenstein v. B&G Foods Inc. (CV17-04839) based on diversity jurisdiction. Upon review of the Notice of Removal, the Court re manded the action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. On July 10, 2017, Defendant again, removed the same case. Upon review of the Defendant's second Notice of Removal, the Court finds that the removal is not based on any newly acquired f acts. Moreover, the facts upon which Defendant relies to establish the amount in controversy are too speculative and conclusory to satisfy its burden. The Court remands this action in its entirety.
