[PROPOSED[ ORDER
1
1
The court has read and considered the Motion papers filed in support of the Motion, and
2
the case file in this action. Good cause appearing for the requested relief, the Court finds that the
3
Complaint should be remanded forthwith back to the state court, Superior Court of Los Angeles,
4
Long Beach, where it was originally filed in on the following grounds:
5
1.
The Complaint does not assert any federal causes of action since an unlawful
6
detainer action is governed by State Law, thus the Court does not have subject matter
7
jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1331.
8
9
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT plaintiff’s Motion to Remand is granted.
