Hye Eun Lee (“Defendant”) removed this case from the San Diego Superior Court. Dkt. 1. On July 18,
2017, Mission Valley Shoppingtown LLC (“Plaintiff”) filed an ex parte application to remand
(“Application”). Dkt. 8. A review of the notice of removal, the state court records provided and the
Application, shows that it is evident that there is no federal jurisdiction over this matter. Accordingly, the
Application is GRANTED. This action is REMANDED to the Superior Court for the County of San Diego
(Case No. 37-2017-00017673-CU-UD-CTL).
