This Matter came before the Court on Plaintiff Wayne T. Evans and
Defendant Bank of America Corporation’s Joint Stipulation of Dismissal With
Prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
