CONSENT DECREE by Judge Andre Birotte Jr.: Upon Motion 15 , it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that within 30 days after the effective date, Jervis B. Webb Company and Jervis B. Webb Company of California (collectively "Settling Defendants&quo t;) shall pay to United States of America ("United States"), on behalf of the Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") $3,450,000 in payment for Response Costs and in avoidance of the Transfe r and $50,000 to the California Department of toxic Substances Control ("DTSC") for Response Costs. Settling Defendants shall provide to EPA and DTSC, upon request, access to copies of all records, reports, documents and other informat ion within their possession or control or that of their contractors or agents relating to activities at the Site. This Consent Decree shall constitute a final judgment between and among the United States, DTSC and Settling Defendants. See document for further details. ( MD JS-6. Case Terminated ) (gk)
