Upon the Application of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the
“Commission”) for an order pursuant to Section 209(d) of the Investment Advisers
Act of 1940 (“Advisers Act”) [15 U.S.C. § 80b-9(d)] and Section 42(d) of the
Investment Company Act of 1940 (“Investment Company Act”) [15 U.S.C. § 80a41(d)], to enforce compliance by Respondents Steven J. Muehler (“Muehler”),
Alternative Securities Markets Group Corp. (“ASMG”), and Blue Coast
Securities Corp. (“Blue Coast”; together with Muehler and ASMG, the

Sanctions and a Cease-and-Desist Order Pursuant to Sections 15(b) and 21C of the
