The Court’s March 12, 2018 Order Granting in Part Plaintiff’s Ex Parte 8 Application for (1) Temporary Restraining Order and (2) Order to Show Cause Re 9 Preliminary Injunction – Doc. No. 16 – is modified to include 10 www.fidgetnecklacesaleuk.com within the definition of the “Website” being 11 enjoined. 12 2. The Court DENIES Brighton’s request for an order compelling 13 GoDaddy and EGI Hosting to comply with the subpoenas without prejudice.
