R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), filed a joint stipulation of 25 26 27 dismissal with prejudice (“Stipulation”). Having considered this Stipulation, and finding that good cause exists, the Court hereby ORDERS as follows: 28 ORDER GRANTING JOINT STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE CASE NO. 18-CV-02462-JLS (KSx) 1 1 2 Plaintiff’s claims for relief that were asserted against Defendant in this case are hereby dismissed with prejudice.
