ADJUDGED that:

1. Default judgment shall be entered in favor of plaintiff Casitas A. Footwear

(“plaintiff”) and against defendants, jointly and severally, Lbsecond, Theodore Moon, Young

Moon, OMS Bythesea, Inc., Beachlong, Inc., Bemont, Inc., Chilsea, Inc., Duberly, Inc.,

Ginbada, Inc., Ilburn, Inc., Maxglen, Inc., Nege, Inc., Samarey, Inc., Scpacific, Inc., Usoms,

Inc., and MYS USA RB, Inc., (collectively, “defendants”), in the total amount of

$1,095,121.98.

2. All Doe defendants are hereby dismissed.

3. Plaintiff shall serve defendants with a copy of this Judgment in such a manner

as to make it operative in any further proceedings.
