26 DEPUTY ADAM BUTLER’s (collectively referred to as “Defendants”) Motion for
27 Summary Judgment, or Alternatively, Partial Summary Judgment. Appearances are

The Judge took the matter under submission at the conclusion of the telephonic

2 hearing. On August 13, 2020, after full and fair consideration of the moving and
3 supporting papers and evidence, the opposing papers and evidence, the reply papers
4 and evidence, and the oral arguments of Counsel, the Court granted the Motion for
5 Summary Judgment on behalf of Defendants, and ordered entry of judgment as
6 requested in said Motion.
