ORDER ORDER RE STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL (DKT. 145 ) by Judge John A. Kronstadt, the Stipulation is APPROVED as follows: (i) All claims of infringement that SimpleAir, Inc., raised or could have raised in this action are dismissed WITH PREJUDICE. (ii) All claims, defenses, or counterclaims that Google LLC raised are dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE. (iii) Each party shall bear its own attorney's fees and costs. (jp)

1 Based on a review of the Stipulation of Dismissal (the “Stipulation” (Dkt.  145)), sufficient good cause has been shown for the requested relief. Therefore, the  Stipulation is APPROVED as follows:  i. All claims of infringement that SimpleAir, Inc. raised or could have  raised in this action are dismissed WITH PREJUDICE.  ii. All claims, defenses, or counterclaims that Google LLC raised are  dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE.  iii.
