This matter came before the Court on Plaintiff’s motion for default judgment.

(Dkt. 18.) On November 17, 2020, the Court granted Plaintiff’s motion in substantial

25

part. In accordance with the Court’s Order, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that judgment

26

is entered in favor of Plaintiff on her ADA claim. Defendant Kelli J. Jackson d/b/a

27

Hank’s Liquor & Mini Market shall provide the required accessible parking signs and

28

maintain the parking spaces, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act
