Thus, it appears that the Petition is moot because Petitioner has received the relief he sought. If Petitioner concurs that his Petition is moot, he shall file a notice of voluntary dismissal pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A) no later than January 20, 2021. If Petitioner chooses not to file a notice of voluntary dismissal, he is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE in writing, no later than January 20, 2021, why this action should not be dismissed as moot based on his release from custody.
