Section 12181, et. seq., as follows: Statutory damages in the amount of $4,000.00 pursuant to Cal. Civ. Code Section 52(a). (3) Costs in the amount of $538.00. Civ. Code §§ 51 et seq. with 10 respect to the property located at 7601 Vineland Avenue, Sun Valley, 11 CA 91352. 12 (2) Code § 52(a). 13 14 15 Statutory damages in the amount of $4,000.00 pursuant to Cal.
