As of today’s date, the parties have failed to file the Court-ordered case management statement. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS counsel for Plaintiffs—Atyria S. Clark— and counsel for Defendants—Emily Cohen; David Justin Kahn; Gregory K. Lee; Shelby B. Crawford; and Daniel P.
