Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636, the Court has reviewed the Petition, all the records

and files herein, the Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge,

and Petitioner’s Supplemental Brief, which the Court received immediately after the
20
Report issued. The time for filing Objections to the Report and Recommendation has
21
passed and no Objections have been received. However, even if the Court were to
22
construe the “Supplemental Brief” as Objections, after having made a de novo
23
determination of the portions of the Report and Recommendation to which the arguments
24
in the Supplemental Brief are directed, the Court concurs with and accepts the findings
25
and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge, with the following amendment: the reference to
26
“10-day WathDox file” on page 7, line 19 of the Report is corrected to “10-day WatchDox
27
file.”
