("Defendants") and dismissing plaintiffs Luke Kahnert and Boyan Gigov's ("Plaintiffs") Third Amended Verified Shareholder Derivative Complaint without leave to amend, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the action filed by Plaintiffs is dismissed with prejudice.
