Objections have been filed with the Court. Having completed its review, the Court accepts the

findings and recommendations set forth in the Report. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the

Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Defendant People Assisting the Homeless is

24

GRANTED. All claims and allegations against Defendant People Assisting the Homeless are

25

DISMISSED with prejudice.
