As of today’s date, Plaintiff has failed to file the Court-ordered case management statement. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS Plaintiff—Kyle James—to show cause why he should not be sanctioned in the amount of $250 for his failure to comply with the Court’s Reassignment Order. Plaintiff is required to respond in writing on or before August 18, 2022, at 12:00 noon.
