(CDCR), Petitioner is currently incarcerated at Kern Valley State Prison (KVSP).
Christian Pfeiffer, KVSP Warden, is substituted for the “Superior Court of California
County of Los Angeles,” the Respondent named in the Petition. Fed. R. Civ. P. 25(d).

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636, the court has reviewed the Petition, Dkt. 1, all the

records and files herein, and the Report and Recommendation of the United States

Magistrate Judge (“Report”), Dkt. 24. The time for filing objections to the Report passed
