Snyder: Upon Petitioner's Motion for Order Confirming Arbitration Award and for Entry of Judgment in Conformity Therewith #1 , IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that judgment be entered in this case as follows: The arbitration award in favor of Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, as successor-in-interest to Screen Actors Guild, Inc., ("SAG-AFTRA") and against CORPUS, LLC ("Respondent"), Union Case No. 4076, dated 8/7/2018, is confirmed in all respects. Respondent is ordered to pay as follows: (a) To Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, on behalf of affected performers, the sum of $307,595.39; (b) To Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists for its attorney's fees incurred in this action, the sum of $2,400.00; and (c) To Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists for its costs incurred in this action, the sum of $400.00. The arbitration award in favor of Screen Actors Guild-American 2 Federation of Television and Radio Artists, as successor-in-interest to Screen Actors 3 Guild, Inc., (“SAG-AFTRA”) and against CORPUS, LLC (“Respondent”), Union 4 Case No. 4076, dated August 7, 2018, is confirmed in all respects. 5 2. 6 Respondent is ordered to pay as follows: (a) To Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and 7 Radio Artists, on behalf of affected performers, the sum of 8 $307,595.39; (b) 9 To Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and 10 Radio Artists for its attorney’s fees incurred in this action, the 11 sum of $2,400.00; and (c) 12 To Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and 13 Radio Artists for its costs incurred in this action, the sum of 14 $400.00. 15 3. Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio 16 Artists is hereby granted an assignment of Respondents’ accounts receivable from 17 the distribution, exhibition, exploitation or other use of the motion picture entitled 18 “The King” aka “Swagger” anywhere in the world until the amounts due are paid in 19 full. 20 21 4. SAG-AFTRA is authorized to engage in any of the remedial actions provided for in the Security Agreement. 22 5. 23 IT IS SO ORDERED. 24 25 26 27 28 The parties are to split any arbitrator fees.
