(In Chambers) Order Remanding Action
The court has reviewed the parties’ Joint Rule 26(f) Report (Dkt. 13), in which the parties
“stipulate that this matter should be remanded” to state court, after discovering that diversity
jurisdiction will be destroyed by the addition of a new party. (See id. at 2). Accordingly, IT IS
ORDERED that:
1. The above-captioned action shall be remanded to the Superior Court of the State of
California for the County of Los Angeles, for lack of subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to 28

2. The Clerk shall send a certified copy of this Order to the state court.
