[Dkt. 26 Nos. 13, 31, 39, 42, 47, 49, 51-52.] 27 28 The Court has conducted a de novo review of the portions of the Report to which Objections were directed. The Court accepts the findings and 1 recommendations of the Magistrate Judge and adopts them as its own 2 findings and conclusions. 3 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the McCarthy Defendants’ motion 4 to strike Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint is granted and the McCarthy 5 Defendants are dismissed from this action with prejudice. 6 7 DATED: January 28, 2025 8 9 HON.
