MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) Order Re: Motion to Dismiss and Motion to Remand [DEs #17 , #30 ] by Judge R. Gary Klausner: The Court GRANTS the Motion to Dismiss in part and DISMISSES the RICO claim. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state law claims and REMANDS the case to state court for further proceedings. Finally, the Court ORDERS Plaintiff's counsel to show cause in writing why his filings have not violated Rule 11.
