MINUTE (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY THIS CASE SHOULD NOT BE DISMISSED FOR FAILURE TO FILE PROOFS OF PROPER SERVICE WITHIN THE TIME REQUIRED BY FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (4)(m) by Judge Sherilyn Peace Garnett. Accordingly, within 14 cal endar days of this Order to Show Cause, Plaintiff must file a written response to this Order, not to exceed 5 pages, stating the facts that demonstrate (1) that proper service meeting requirements of Rule 4 has been made upon BlackRock, Inc., Scott H arris, and Judge Christopher Reid Cooper within the time frame of Rule 4(m) and providing arguments and evidence as to why each service was proper; or (2) that good cause exists for Plaintiff's failure to properly serve the Defendants within the time required by Rule 4(m).
