ORDER OF DISMISSAL by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: After the case was transferred to this district, the Court screened the complaint under 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(e)(2) and found that it failed to state a claim 13 . The Court dismissed the complain t with leave to amend and required that Plaintiff file an amended complaint by 12/20/2024, warning that failure to timely file "will be deemed an election to stand on the original complaint and will result in dismissal of all claims without leave to amend." Id. That date has passed, and Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint. Accordingly, this action is dismissed. ( Case Terminated. Made JS-6. ) (gk)
