IN CHAMBERS ORDER by Judge R. Gary Klausner : ORDER RE BANKRUPTCY APPEAL. On November 22, 2024, TCS filed an unopposed Notice of Appeal with this Court, seeking review of the Bankruptcy Court's Orders denying its Motions. (ECF No. 1.) TCS 9;s appeal is presently unopposed, as Debtor's counsel withdrew sho1ily after this appeal was filed and was never replaced, despite a Court Order to secure new counsel. (ECF No. 23.) For the following reasons, the Court REVERSES the Bankruptcy C ourt's Orders denying TCS's Motions to Set Aside Default and REMANDS the matter to the Bankruptcy Court to set aside TCS 's default and conduct further proceedings. Case REMANDED to the U. S. Bankruptcy Court Case number: 2:21-bk-16674, Adversary number: 2:23-ap-01391-SK; BAP 24-01127. (MD JS-6. Case Terminated). (lc)
