MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by Judge Lawrence L Piersol re: 126 Motion for New Trial. IT IS ORDERED: 1. That Defendants' Motion for New Trial is denied, except with regard to the Court's ruling on the award ofdamages for criminal defense expenses and lost wages; and 2. The Plaintiff shall have 15 days from the date ofthis Order to elect between a remittitur on both the award ofdamages for criminal defense expenses and lost wages or a new trial.
