ED CV 11-01128 RZ ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE DISMISSAL FOR FAILURE TO PROSECUTE 17 By Order Re Motion to Withdraw as Attorney of Record, filed April 10, 2012, 18 Plaintiff Pro Per was ordered to file his Memorandum in Support of Plaintiff’s Complaint 19 within thirty (30) days. The docket sheet shows that, as late as the date of this Order, 20 Plaintiff has not filed a Memorandum in Support of Plaintiff’s Complaint. Plaintiff has 21 failed to comply with the Court’s order. 22 Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that within 20 days of the filing date of this 23 Order, Plaintiff shall show cause in writing why this action should not be dismissed. If 24 Plaintiff fails to file a written objection to dismissal of this action within the time specified, 25 it will be deemed to be consent to a dismissal as against Defendant.
