Appellant Cicely Nicole Brewster appeals to this Court an order from the bankruptcy court dismissing her Adversary Complaint under Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7012(b) and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). As discussed herein, the Court AFFIRMS the judgment below. For the reasons discussed above, the judgment of the bankruptcy court is AFFIRMED. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (bp)
