JUDGMENT
23 TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD:

Pursuant to the Order filed herewith, IT IS ORDERED
25 AND ADJUDGED that Judgment is entered in favor of
26 Broadcast Music, Inc., Songs of Universal, Inc., Kings
27 Road Music, Sony/ATV Songs LLC, Gregmark Music, Inc.,
28 Lord and Walker Publishing, ARC Music Corp., EMI Virgin
1 Songs, Inc. (collectively, "Plaintiffs") against
2 Defendants CMPB Friends, Inc., and Patricia Ann Boggs
3 (collectively, "Defendants").

Pursuant to this Judgment, Defendants, jointly and
6 severally, are ORDERED to pay Plaintiffs damages in the
7 amount of $15,000, plus $5,000 in attorneys' fees and
8 $558.09 in costs, for a total of $20,558.09, plus any
9 post-judgment interest as provided by 28 U.S.C. ยง 1961
10 from the date of entry of judgment in this action.
11 Furthermore, the Court ORDERS that Defendants and their
12 agents, servants, employees, and all persons acting under
13 their permission or authority are permanently enjoined
14 and restrained from infringing, in any manner, the
15 copyrighted musical compositions licensed by Plaintiff
16 Broadcast Music, Inc.
