ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE by Magistrate Judge Robert N. Block: IT THEREFORE IS ORDERED that, on or before May 6, 2015, plaintiff shall show good cause, if there be any, why proper service was not made with the 120-day period and why this case should not be dismissed without prejudice for want of prosecution. Plaintiff shall attempt to show such cause by filing a declaration, signed by plaintiff under penalty of prejury. If plaintiff does not timely file such a declaration or if plaintiff fails to show good cause for her failure to timely serve, the Court will recommend that the action be dismissed without prejudice for plaintiff's failure to prosecute.
