IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil

19 Procedure 65 and the Order filed concurrently herewith,
20 any of the Defendants, their respective officers, agents,
21 servants, employees, and attorneys, and all persons in
22 active concert or participation with them, who receive
23 actual notice of this Order by personal service or
24 otherwise, are hereby enjoined and restrained pending the
25 final hearing and determination of this action, from
26 enforcing Part II.C of the San Bernardino County Superior
27 Court General Order dated November 19, 2012.
