On July 20, 2015, the Court issued an Order Re: Procedures in Social Security Case (“CMO”) (Docket Entry No. 7). On January 1, 2016 the parties filed a Stipulation for Extension of Time to file the Parties’ Joint Stipulation (Docket Entry No. 14) and the Court extended the filing of the Joint Stipulation until February 24, 2016 (Docket Entry No. 15). As of today, however, the parties’ have failed to file their Joint Stipulation or a request for an extension of time in which to do so. The Court ORDERS the parties’ to promptly file the Joint Stipulation within four (4) days of the date of this Order.
