Plaintiff Bryan Hansen and Defendants X. Parkhurst et al. have resolved this case in its
entirety. Therefore, the parties stipulate to a dismissal of this action with prejudice under
Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii).
