After considering the papers, the 4 evidence, and the arguments of counsel, the Court ORDERS as follows: 5 There are no disputed issues of material fact as to Plaintiffs Nakada + 6 Associates, Inc., and Gannett Fleming, Inc.’s (“Plaintiffs”) Copyright Infringement 7 Claim pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 507(b). The Court declines to exercise Supplemental 8 Jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367(c)(3). Plaintiffs’ Copyright Claim is 9 DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. All of Plaintiffs’ remaining claims are hereby 10 DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, based on lack of jurisdiction.
