Gutierrez granting 8 REQUEST to Remand Case to State Court: Upon consideration of the Parties' joint stipulation, IT I S HEREBY ORDERED that this case shall be, and hereby is, remanded to California Superior Court for County of Riverside for further proceedings, without prejudice to Defendant to seek federal court jurisdiction should additional evidence be discovered through litigation that would support grounds for removal. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any court hearings and pending deadlines are taken off calendar in this Court.
