R. Babu Enterprises, Inc.’s (“R. Babu”) Joint Stipulation Dismissing Plaintiff’s Complaint

And Entire Action pursuant to F.R.C.P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). Having considered the parties’

stipulation, THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS THAT:
