3 Registration Systems, Inc., erroneously sued as Mortgage Electronic Registration
4 Systems (MERS); and U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For J.P Morgan
5 Alternative Loan Trust 2006-A4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, erroneously
6 sued as U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee of J.P. Morgan Loan Trust 2006-A4
7 (collectively, “Defendants”) filed a Motion to Dismiss the Complaint of Plaintiffs
8 Ricardo Carmona and NAB - I AM (collectively, "Plaintiffs").

On October 30, 2017, the Court granted Defendants' Motion to Dismiss
