On October 18, 2017, the Court issued an Order Re: Procedures in Social Security Appeal (“CMO”) (Docket Entry No. 9) and ordered that plaintiff file an appropriate Proof of Service within 30 days from the date of the Order. As of today, however, Plaintiff has failed to file his proof of service or a request for an extension of time in which to do so. The Court ORDERS Plaintiff to promptly serve the Summons and Complaint on the government in accordance with Rule 4(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff will file an appropriate Proof of Service within seven (7) days of the date of this Order.
