IT IS ORDERED that EAJA fees are 26 27 28 awarded to Plaintiff in the amount of $7,200.00, plus $400.00 costs and expenses. EAJA fees will be subject to any federal debt owed by the Plaintiff. If the 1 Department of the Treasury determines that Plaintiff does not owe a federal debt, 2 the government shall cause the payment of fees be made directly to Eddy Pierre 3 4 Pierre and/or Pierre Pierre Law, P.C., pursuant to the Assignment executed by 5 Plaintiff.
