It is ordered that judgment be entered in favor of defendants A Sevilla, D Missel, Jon Auer against plaintiff Guadalupe Mendoza; and in favor of defendant Jon Auer against plaintiff Javier Mendoza. That Plaintiff Jav ier Mendoza have and recover $300,000.00 in compensatory damages from defendants Daniel Missel and Albert Sevilla, jointly and severally. Than any costs, attorneys fees and prejudgment interest as the Court may deem to be recoverable be reserved and determined by the Court at a further hearing. NUNC PRO TUNC TO MAY 11, 2009.
