The hearing on Defendants' motion for summary judgment regarding

Plaintiffs, 5 National Day Laborer Organizing Network, Colectivo Tonantzin, and La 6 Asociacion De Trabajadores de Lake Forest ("Plaintiffs") appeared by attorneys 7 Hector Villagra and Belinda Escabosa Helzer. Defendants Sandra Hutchens, 8 Donald Barnes, Jay LeFlore and Chris Thompson appeared by attorneys S. Frank 9 Harrell and Jason M. McEwen of Lynberg & Watkins.
