CONSENT JUDGMENT by Judge James V. Selna. Defendant shall make payment of $50,000.00 in settlement of minimum wage and overtime pay violations to the employees listed in Exhibit 1, as a result of their empmloyment by defendant dudring the perio d of 4/21/06 through 4/20/08, as set forth in Exhibit 1, showing the name of each employee and listing same line the gross backwage amount due the employee. Defendant shall make an initial payment of $10,000.00 towards the backwages on or before 3/2/09. Defendant shall pay the backwages plus 3% annual interest on the outstanding balance starting from 4/2/09 until the backwages required under this judgment are paid in full.
