R. Civ. P. 65, a permanent injunction is hereby 2; 22 entered requiring that Defendants, as well as their respective officers, agents, 23 servants, employees and all persons who are in active concert or participation with 24 them, immediately cease from infringing U.S. Patent No. 7,368,162 and U.S. 25 Patent No. 7,211,319 under any United States statute, or cause or assist others to 26 infringe U.S. Patent No. 7,368,162 and U.S. Patent No. 7,211,319 under any 27 United States statute and refrain from performing in an any manner whatsoever 28 1 STIPULATED JUDGMENT 1 any of the acts complained of in the Third Amended Complaint, including making, 2 using, offering to sell, selling or importing HVCRC; 3 5. This is a final judgment; 4 6. The parties shall bear their own fees and costs; 5 7. There is no monetary damages awarded as part of this final judgment; 6 8. The discovery sanctions awarded to CTC by the Magistrate Judge on 7 8 9 11 9. This Court shall retain jurisdiction for the purpose of enforcing compliance or contempt proceedings arising from this Stipulated Judgment.
